The athletic-leisure sock company with a philanthropic mission, Bombas, has teamed up with Gap this holiday season to create an exclusive, limited edition collection of socks.  Every year, socks are the most requested item in homeless shelters.  Inspired by this, Gap committed to donate a pair of Bombas socks for every pair sold from the collaboration, for up to a million pairs of socks. The collection was available on the shelves of Gap stores around the world, as well as on Gap.com.

Inspired by the philanthropic mission behind the collection, Bombas and Gap launched the 10-foot Good Deed Machine, placed in Gap flagship store on 5th Avenue in New York City, in the hopes of inspiring customers to carry out small acts of kindness. People from around the world were also able to enter their good deeds on Bombas.com.  In the end, over 5,000 Good Deeds were submitted and over 10,000 customers were able to interact with The Good Deed Machine on 5th Avenue.

In less than 2 weeks of sales, Bombas and Gap were able to donate 1 million pairs of socks.  In celebration, actress Olivia Wilde joined in on the partnership, donating socks to the Los Angeles Mission.
