The Shark Group Partners with NYC Ladders for Leaders

For the Summer 2015 semester, The Shark Group (then Shark Branding) partnered with NYC Ladders for Leaders, a nationally recognized program that offers high school and college students the opportunity to participate in summer internships with some of the most dynamic corporations and businesses in New York City.  The Shark Group was able to sponsor five interns who were placed in internship programs across the city.  We were also able to place an intern within our own NYC office, Kseniya Kosmina, a Baruch College undergraduate student.

During her time at The Shark Group, Kseniya worked within our Business Development department and supported the team during the pre-launch marketing stages of Daymond John’s New York Times best-selling book, The Power of Broke. From reading the manuscript for errors, to helping create supplemental marketing content, Kseniya was able to experience a marketing campaign first hand.

Most recently, an article that Kseniya originally wrote last year for the NY Department of Youth Services, was feature in a Russian news outlet.  In the article, Kseniya outlines the program and describes her experience with The Shark Group.
